Return Reasons

Product arrived damaged:

If your product shows damage after delivery, even if it's hidden, please contact us within 24 hours. We'll arrange a pickup and send a replacement right away. Be sure to keep the original packaging.

Product is defective:

We only sell products from trusted, industry-leading suppliers, but defects happen. If your item has a defect upon arrival or within the first 50 days, contact us immediately for a prompt, cost-free exchange.

Incorrect product shipped:

We apologise for the mix-up! Let us know as soon as possible, and we'll send the correct item and handle the return of the wrong one. We'll cover all shipping costs.

Ordered the wrong item or the product didn’t meet your expectations?

No problem! Your satisfaction is our top priority.

  • • Ensure the fit is right by trying the item on. Please avoid washing or wearing it until you're sure.
  • • For health reasons, swimwear and underwear can only be returned if defective.
  • • Custom embroidered items can only be returned if there's a defect.
  • • We offer a full refund for any qualifying item returned within 30 days, as long as it's in the original packaging.
  • • Most items can be exchanged for up to 90 days. Contact us for details.
  • • If you're still unhappy after 90 days, reach out to us. Many of our suppliers offer extended warranties on select items.
  • • We reserve the right to refuse returns based on the condition of the merchandise and may charge a 20% restocking fee.
  • • Unfortunately, return shipping and the cost of shipping exchanged items are your responsibility.

How to return or exchange an item:

Print and complete the Return/Exchange Form. Include it in your package along with the original order receipt.

  • • We are NOT responsible for lost return shipments or returns without an Order #. For your protection, we recommend insuring your shipment.
  • • Return shipping costs must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • • Returns are processed within 3 business days. If everything checks out, we'll send a replacement or issue a credit.
