Reason for Return
Product is defective: We carry only merchandise from reputable, industry leading, suppliers. But things happen, every now and then a zipper is bad or a seam tears out. If you product has any manufacturing defect upon arrival, or within the first 50 days please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a prompt exchange at our cost.
Wrong product shipped: We apologize for our mistake! Please let us know right away so we can get you the correct product and arrange for the return of the wrong product. We cover all shipping costs, for the return and replacement.
Wrong product ordered or the product did not meet with your expectations: Not a problem! Above all, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

• Contractors Clothing Co. Is NOT responsible for lost return shipments or products returned without an Order #. For your protection, we recommend that you ship your package insured.
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.
• All returns will be processed within 3 business days. If everything is in order, your replacement will be sent out or a credit will be issued.
