Reason for Return

Product arrived damaged: If your package is delivered in a damaged condition, the best option is to refuse the delivery. Then, contact us right away. This will speed your replacement and you will not need to worry about returning the product yourself. If you find some hidden damage after the delivery person leaves, you should still contact us within 24 hours so we can arrange for the product to be picked up and a replacement sent. Please save your original packaging.

Product is defective: We carry only merchandise from reputable, industry leading, suppliers. But things happen, every now and then a zipper is bad or a seam tears out. If you product has any manufacturing defect upon arrival, or within the first 50 days please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a prompt exchange at our cost.

Wrong product shipped: We apologize for our mistake! Please let us know right away so we can get you the correct product and arrange for the return of the wrong product. We cover all shipping costs, for the return and replacement.

Wrong product ordered or the product did not meet with your expectations: Not a problem! Above all, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
  • Trying it on, make sure the fit is correct. Until you decide that your item is satisfactory please don't wash or wear your item.
  • For health reasons swimwear and underwear cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Custom embroidered items can only be return if the product is defective.
  • For whatever reason for the return, we'll issue a full refund for any qualifying item you return within 30 days after you received it, with original packaging.
  • Most products may be exchanged up to 90 days. Please contact us for details.
  • If after 90 days you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us, as we may still be able to assist you. Our suppliers sometimes offer a more comprehensive or lengthy warranty on certain selected items.
  • Unfortunately, we reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise based on our own assessment of condition. In addition, we may charge a restocking fee of 20%.
  • We cannot pay return shipping for the items being returned as well as the shipping back of the new items.

Please download and complete a Return Good Authorization Form (PDF) Then please:
    1. Call 1-800-383-1117
    2. Or fax the form to 248-544-0832
    3. Or E-mail the form to info@contractorsclothing.com
You will be supplied with a Return Good Authorization Number (RGA) and complete instruction on how to return your products.

Contractors Clothing Co. is not responsible for lost return shipments or products returned without a RGA #. For your protection, we recommend that you ship your package insured.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

All returns will be processed within 3 business days and if everything is in order either:
    1. Your replacement will be sent out
    2. Or a credit will be issued


Making a Return at Our Store

Purchases made online can be returned to our store.
    1. Please download and complete a Return Good Authorization Form (PDF).
    2. Bring your completed Return Good Authorization Form and original shipping documents.
    3. Our store personnel will assist with your return or replacement.
