Almost perfect August 12, 2013
Reviewer: Smittie from Paul Smiths, NY
"When I bought these jeans almost a year and a half ago, I was shocked by how well they fit in areas where most jeans just don't make the cut. I've been very impressed with carhartt in the past, so I felt comfortable paying the price for them.
They're heavy jeans, so they keep me warm on cold days when I'm out skidding logs or driving wagons with draft horses. However, I have to complain about the ability of these jeans to last. After about 7-8 months, the denim started to tear just above the "chaps" from my keys rubbing against that area and regular wear.
That's my only complaint, and I still recommend that anyone who does tough work outdoors get at least one pair, as they've lasted much longer than other jeans under the same conditions."
